Staff Awards - step by step
  1. Initial briefing – we’ll get under the skin of your organisation, understanding what you want to achieve and working up a proposal of how the awards will work in terms of content and financials.

  2. Creation – we’ll work with you to create the right categories, entry and judging criteria. We’ll have the creative materials designed, working with your in-house team, preferred supplier or our own design partners.

  3. Sponsorship & Tickets – we’ll work with you to identify income streams and if part of your objectives, will work with you to make the event cost neutral.

  4. Promotion of Entries – we’ll deliver a plan of promotional activity from launch to encourage entries into the categories, working closely with you to target the right people.

  5. Venue & Suppliers – we’ll manage every aspect of awards logistics, from finding a venue and negotiating the package, to sourcing and managing suppliers needed. We’ll get you the best deals, driving down costs whilst ensuring delivery of excellent customer service.

  6. Judging & Finalists – we’ll help you identify the right judges, recruiting them and managing the communications and process.

  7. Attendance, Promotion, Admin – we’ll work with you to get the finalists and stakeholders along to the event itself. We’ll also take care of the PR and admin.

  8. Event Day Arrangements – we’ll manage every aspect of the day, from the staging, script, trophies to the catering. Your involvement can be as much or as little as you decide.

  9. Post-event – Hopefully the awards will have been a roaring success but it’s always a great idea to have an evaluation chat. We’ll go through the event with you to work out what went well and where we can continue to improve for next year, we’ll also work out the financials and tie up any loose ends.
